About Karina

As Co-founder of the company Karina is responsible for the day-to operation of the company, finding and assessing new opportunities, managing investor relationships and exploring strategic partnerships.

With over 25 years experience in real estate, from franchise ownership in several Keller Williams offices, to successfully developing condo projects as the managing partner, Karina has a proven track record in assembling successful teams to take advantage of unique market opportunities. Before entering the real estate arena she was a consultant in the private jet industry where she managed complex and capital intensive aircraft completions on behalf of her clients.

Karina is a graduate of the Urban Land Institute’s REDI (Real Estate Diversity Initiative) program, which promotes diversity in real estate development in Colorado.

She graduated with a Baccalaureate degree in Business Management from the United World College in Singapore and attended the prestigious Parsons School of Design in New York.

Karina and her husband live in Denver and love everything this amazing city has to offer. In her spare time she enjoys yoga, snow and waterskiing, and exploring the world through travel.


About Patricia

As Co-Founder of the Company, Patricia is involved in all areas of the Company, with special responsibility for analyzing all legal aspects of the company's operations including all contracts, investor offering memorandums and agreements, construction oversight and management and risk mitigation.

Patricia’s relevant experience includes having been the Co-Founder of Northstar Commercial Partners, a mid-size commercial real estate investment sponsor in Denver.  During her tenure at Northstar, Patricia acted as lead property manager and construction manager for more than a million square feet of Colorado based commercial real estate properties.  In addition, she acted as General Counsel for Northstar for several years, further assisting the company in successfully repositioning hundreds of millions of dollars worth of commercial real estate investment properties.

Patricia has also owned and operated an independent real estate transactional law firm for the past eight years, which was tasked with negotiating and drafting leases for Northstar affiliated investment ownership entities, including major leases for tenants such as Air Methods, ADT, CircleK, Waste Management, HomeAdvisors, The Department of Disability Services for Colorado, Innovation Pavillion, Medical Simulation, Edward Jones, and dozens of others.  

Finally, with an earlier career as an attorney assisting with construction defect defense litigation, she is committed to and knowledgeable about managing construction related risks for our investment partners. 


About Blair

Blair Bui is the founder of Deep Green Development Group and a partner developer for Ubuntu Partners LLC.

As the past CEO of John Madden Company, Blair Bui pioneered industry standards through integrated real estate services, including land acquisition, asset management, project management, brokerage and leasing, tenant finish, construction management, and property management. Through this integration, she strengthened the company’s commitment to developing and managing vibrant commercial spaces that enhance the community, provided a superior experience for tenants and optimized returns for investors.

Now a Development Partner for Ubuntu Partners, she continues to embrace the challenging current industry best practices, aiming to propel the industry into a sustainable future – whereby “net-zero” evolves from conception to our new “normal”.

About Chris

Chris is the CEO of Fingerprint Strategies, a specialist condominium sales and marketing company with over $6 billion in sales across North America, including Colorado. Chris has seen multiple markets go through the product development cycle that can act as a guide for the future of development in Denver.

He is also the co-author, with the former head of Global research for KPMG, of “One Hundred Thirteen Million Markets of One”, a data driven guide to how to design, attract and sell to the most valuable, least price sensitive consumers in any market.

Chris’ ability to meld a deep history in real estate project marketing with an understanding of the modern consumer landscape, make him an integral part of our team.

About Jeff

Jeff is a partner in rePROJX, a development management company.  He is responsible for project management, scheduling, financial analysis, and coordinating with third parties.

Jeff has more than 20 years of experience in commercial construction including: General Contracting, Operations Management, Project Management, Estimating, Scheduling and BIM.  Jeff has prior experience directly managing self-perform trade work and has detailed experience with Concrete, Masonry, Precast, Carpentry, Waterproofing, Doors & Hardware, and Glazing.

Jeff has a specific passion for lean thinking, problem solving, and the systematic elimination of waste. Jeff’s lean training included two years of coaching in the Toyota Production System (TPS) from retired Toyota executives.

A native of Kansas, Jeff holds a B.S. in Construction Science and Management from Kansas State University and an Executive MBA from Rockhurst University.  In addition, he has received Lean Systems Certification from the University of Kentucky. In his spare time, he enjoys travel, golf, baseball, and the outdoors.


Brian is partner in rePROJX, a development management company. He is responsible for due diligence preparation, budget preparation, project management, scheduling, financial analysis and coordinating with third parties. 

Brian has over 20 years of experience in commercial construction including: construction lender representation, equity investor representation, owner representation, project management and scheduling. 

Brian has prior experience overseeing construction projects including projects with total construction costs in excess of $500MM.  Brian has performed upfront due diligence reviews to determine project feasibility and periodic construction oversight from commencement until project completion to confirm that credit requirements are being upheld.  Brian also has experience as a project manager in the subcontracting industry and has detailed expertise with exterior glazing systems. 

Brian has a passion to assist developers to help achieve a successful project by using his significant experience and industry contacts to gather proper due diligence documentation, to prepare a feasible budget and to ensure that a reasonable project schedule is developed and upheld. Brian also has a passion to use his experience as a project manager combined with his lean training to approach and solve problems in a better more systematic manner. 

Brian holds a B.S. degree in Architectural Engineering from the University of Colorado and is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Colorado.  In his spare time, he enjoys cycling, skiing, golf and the outdoors.
